Life in the 3 dimensional world

Sometime back during lunch hours at work, an intense feeling of discontent gave way to many questions in my mind in a haphazard manner – to find conscious connections. One went like this: what is meant by the 3-dimensional world? Why was life becoming more and more meaningless? Why is there a feeling of loneliness and being stuck?

During the spiritual awakening stages, I started to write this post connecting the dots between many aspects related to dimensions, social conditioning, limiting beliefs, and spiritual life coaches. So this post delves into:

  1. What is the 3-dimensional world?
  2. Why are we stuck here?
  3. How are we stuck here?
  4. How do we get unstuck from here?
  5. How do spiritual life coaches and healers help you with your limited beliefs in this dimension and direction?

3-dimensional world: Question 1: What is the 3-dimensional world?

We live in a 3-dimensional world, and this human suit is the portal to the 3-dimensional consciousness. We perceive this 3-dimensional world with our five sense perceptions.

We wear different suits to gain different experiences and life lessons so that our souls can evolve spiritually. But we have a sort of longing, a nagging feeling, to go back home without knowing where the home is at this dimension of existence. So we are now getting bored and feel stuck.

3-dimensional world: Question 2: Why are we stuck here?

After eons of being on this planet and switching different suits, again and again, we have come to realize that we are living an illusionary life – a 3-dimensional prison with no escape.

Especially during this time of the century, we are growing in anxiety, fear, and depression. We are living in lower vibrations.

We feel like we want to do something big. We are trying to find our soul’s purpose because life feels meaningless.

We are tired of this 9-5 work life. But instead of finding the cause of this misery, we try to escape it by working more hours, to get more money, to get more famous, to get richer, to get higher titles, to get more powerful, bigger houses, more expensive cars, and more of everything.

Eventually, we land up nowhere and feel more misery and stuck in soul-crushing careers and lifestyles. How do we get stuck – at least in this life?

3-dimensional world: Question 3:How are we stuck here?

Being stuck is the crux of the problem we are tiring to understand but get blind-sighted. Instead of learning from our lessons and trying not to react to them, we start to enjoy this illusionary 3-dimensional world using our five senses. Why illusionary?

From birth, we are a certain way or act a certain way, look a certain way. Your persona wants to be called Joe, for instance, at birth. This Joe plays a role like a computer scientist, for example. Has he attained everything if he is filthy rich, higher titled but has lost his peace of mind? No. Because the mind is a bottomless well of materialistic desires guided by the 5 senses. So what should he do? He must listen to the voice of the soul, not the senses.

This “soul” is playing the part of Joe, who thinks like Joe based on social conditioning from birth, then further develops limited beliefs based on his occupation as a scientist. He keeps on running after material success and progress believing it will free him. That is not freeing but getting stuck in a quicksand scenario.

As a soul, we limit ourselves as a character who plays a specific role. Based on the upbringing, the character accumulates many unlimited limited thoughts that create his limited belief system. So now this soul is in a limited 3-dimensional world playing a specific limited character role, with a limited belief system.

As time progresses, the character keeps limiting itself to the point that it starts to feel burnout. This burnout is the trigger that helps kick start the journey into the unknown in search of the true self. It is the “knowing” or calling that we tend to respond to by following the signs from the universe.

So when we start to realize that we are stuck with our limiting thoughts, beliefs, and emotions that caused stress, anxiety, and depression, we start asking the deeper spiritual questions: who am I, why am I here, what is my purpose? The first step is indeed to wake up now from this illusion created in this 3-dimensional world.

3-dimensional world: Question 4:How do we get unstuck from here?

The answer is simple. We get unstuck from here using this human suit (again). The difference is that instead of using our 5 senses to the fullest, we start to do the opposite. We start to see inside, hear inside, and most of all heal inside.

Yes! Now, to wake up, we need to heal the wounds (inside) caused by our limited beliefs from eons of lifetimes. Many people are already doing that.

In addition to mediation which helps you connect with your higher self, source, God; we need deep inner work.

The inner work is a serious business and requires courage, effort, discipline, and determination. It requires the willingness to heal yourself. It is a deep process that takes time and is for the hero-hearted. It is not woo-doo magic just because it is not casually or commonly spoken. It is healing for your mind, body, and soul to experience total transformation inside and out.

It is comparable to lifting (healing) the weights (limited belief) put on a needle (soul). When the karmic ego-weights are removed one-by-one, (day after day, week after week, month after month, and even year after year), from the needle (soul) it is then attracted to the magnet (Source). The attraction process is the letting go, true surrender, and submitting to the highest good for all.

3-dimensional world: Question 5:How do spiritual life coaches and healers help you with your limited beliefs in this dimension and direction?

Spiritual life coaches and healers help lift those weights of limiting beliefs accumulated in this 3-dimensional world. They act as a catalyst for your change before, during, and after your awakening. Most people are unaware of and are lost. But many are waking up.

In Conclusion

We live in a 3-dimensional world, and this human suit is the portal to the 3-dimensional consciousness. We are limited beings in this world playing a specific limited character role, with a limited belief system due to social conditioning. As time progresses, the limitations cause burnout; and we start to wake up to the reality of this dimension.

In addition to meditation, we need deep inner work to heal us from this burnout. Spiritual life coaches help lift those weights of limiting beliefs accumulated in this 3-dimensional world. It is the healing for your mind, body, and soul to experience total transformation inside and out.
