Conscious Gratitude: Power of the Vision Board

“If the majority of the human population consciously practiced creating a powerful gratitude vision board, there could be a leap in the collective consciousness of this planet. Collectively crediting the creator daily with our thoughts, feelings, and emotions can be a powerful exercise in itself. All we need is the willpower to do it.”

New Year is a great time to create vision boards. But a vision board is developed every moment of the year on the dashboard of our mind. It is unconsciously developed based on our sanskaras or karmic patterns. Using our mind, we create the art, while the projection of the form is in the 3rd dimension that we see and feel with our five senses system.

What if you could create it consciously? What power, positivity, appreciation, abundance, and beauty will it bring into your life? It will evolve your conscious gratitude power immensely.

The conscious art of gratitude involves using powerful thoughts, images, emotions, and desires that you vision and will be grateful to achieve.

In the post, we’ll delve into:

  1. What is the benefit of a Conscious Gratitude board?
  2. What if we don’t do it?
  3. I’m still not convinced. What do I need to know further?
  4. Why should I listen to you?
  5. How to create a powerful vision board step-by-step?
  6. How can Spiritual Life Coach help?
  7. Surprise Bonus!

Gratitude Vision Board: Question #1:What is the benefit of a Conscious Gratitude board?

When it comes to a gratitude vision board, you hold a conscious power of creating a positive feeling that you want to experience. When you are in this state of experience already, you tend to appreciate and be grateful for what you have currently.

As you hold that attitude towards life, you start to let go of negativity. Your focus and vision change for good. You begin to accept big and small changes in life. You locate reasons to be happy. It creates a powerful state of being in the present moment.

When you are in a state of being in the present, your future and past worries disappear. It is a process.

Yes, it is a process that starts with your thoughts. When you learn to give credit to the creator for the smallest of things, you receive abundance in the form of positive feelings and graceful emotions. It is that powerful.

Gratitude Vision Board: Question #2: What if we don’t do it?

If you don’t create a vision board, you will not feel the conscious pull to cultivate a grateful heart. It will give way to an abundance of depression, anxiety, and fear. The force of negativity will hinder your positivity and enthusiasm for a more meaningful life full of love and compassion.

You will feel less and less grounded, centered, and balanced.

If you are troubled with something such as a trauma, or life-threatening situation, then it is time you start creating a vision board.

Again, if you don’t, you will continue to be in the same lower vibrations that are nagging you to be shameful, feeling of guilt, hate, and impatience. You will feel burnt out for a much longer duration of time.

Gratitude Vision Board: Question #3: I’m still not convinced. What do I need to know further?

If you are still not convinced with the power of a gratitude vision board, it is due to your lack of willingness to change and is a habit. It is your victim consciousness at play. It is the inertia or force that is driving you towards discouragement. It means that you are hesitant to change. If you don’t want to change, you will not – simple as that. It is a push from your ego self, the not-self, something that you are not. It is wanting you to be miserable. It is holding you back.

Your ego self gives you all the reasons not to change. Here are a few examples: I don’t quite agree with the idea of a vision board. It serves no meaningful purpose. It is not convincing me. I just came here for no reason. Well, think again. Did you even try it? Maybe you were destined to be here for a reason?

Or, maybe it is the will of the divine to allow you to experience freedom. Freedom from your suffering. Freedom from the bondage of whatever is bothering you. Maybe you had enough with life, and you needed to read this post.

Whatever the reason: it is your life, your story, your circumstances, your body, your thoughts. If there is anyone in the world that can change you – it is you. You are the one blocking your way. You are the only inspiration that can change yourself. It is your conscious decision to be willing to harness the power of a vision board.

I know this from experience. You are stuck in your comfort zone and are unwilling to change because you want to remain uncomfortable and fearful in your comfort zone. You don’t want to move forward and want another day or hour to slip by as there will be no consequence.

But life choices do have consequences. It is the law of karma that is always at play. The topic of this blog is “Conscious Gratitude” is because it is time to make conscious choices. Intentional choices. Those choices will eventually yield good results with good intentions.

If you don’t decipher the encrypted signs of the universe, you will eventually have to face more challenging life. No one will come to your rescue. You have to rescue yourself. Attempting to do so is an act of self-care and self-love. It is a game worth playing. Life is an experiment to be had.

Gratitude Vision Board: Question #4: Why should I listen to you?

I have been experimenting with gratitude for a few years now and daily. Creating blogs on gratitude and being a certified holistic spiritual life coach has shown me the power of crediting the creator daily. It is a holistic healing power. I have experienced it. I lived it and still living it.

This topic is one of my most visited blog posts. 4 Gratitude Questions – Giving credit to the Creator – This post reveals why I started writing and experimenting with gratitude.

What is the #1 form of Gratitude – It’s not what you think! – I urge you to explore and read this post to find out more.

If the majority of the human population consciously practiced creating a powerful gratitude vision board, there could be a leap in the collective consciousness of this planet. Collectively crediting the creator daily with our thoughts, feelings, and emotions can be a powerful exercise in itself. All we need is the willpower to do it.

How does it all work? How do we create this vision board?

Gratitude Vision Board: Question #5: How to create a powerful vision board step-by-step?

Step 1: You start thinking about the vision board topics. These are the most troublesome pain points in your life happening right now. Here are a few examples to get you started THINKING:

  1. SLEEP: When falling asleep is painful, create a vision that reminds you of sleeping peacefully.
  2. WEALTH: If you are afraid of growing rich or hate rich people, create a vision of having wealthy people willingly share the wealth with others or opening a charity.
  3. HAPPY: If you are unhappy, create a vision full of smiles and happy happenings.
  4. FEELING NOT WORTHY: If you are being haunted by not having enough or not feeling worthy, create a vision of things you are truly gifted – such as a talent for public speaking, blog writing, achievements.
  5. RELATIONSHIP ISSUES: If you are having relationship issues, create a vision of people who you truly love in life that are inspiring. It could be people who you want to become.
  6. ANALYSIS PARALYSIS: If you are overthinking, you are having overwhelming thoughts. Create a vision where you find peace: such as meditation, relaxation, beach, running water, your favorite spot, etc.
  7. HEALTH ISSUES: If you are looking to lose weight, create a vision that shows you are thin and running or thin people running.

Step 2: After thinking about the vision topics, you need to bring your thinking into a form. To hold that vision, you need to put it into a form such as a PowerPoint slide show, cardboard, a paper. When you start to do such things, your ego-self will rear its ugly end. What is the point of all this? It is very childish. Who will do all this? Then you will shun this idea.

Just don’t listen to it. Let it surrender itself. Give it time. If you hear these thoughts, then the ego is losing its power. When you start to break down, it is a good thing. A good sign that you are doing the right thing.

Ignore this negative thought process and do it anyway. Say, it doesn’t hurt to do it. What will happen if I do it. It will only take a few minutes. I’ll do it with my kids, wife, or colleagues at work.

When you start to develop this attitude, your willpower will become dominant. You will see a difference in yourself. Even the feeling of this change is a good sign. The biggest problem is that we have stopped behaving in a child-like manner that allowed us the most fulfillment.

The culprit is the conditions, comparisons, and competitions that we have been born and brought up in. It is the fight that you need to win with your willpower. All it takes is the will to win.

It is an illusion you need to come out of that someone else is stopping you. It is yourself that keeps showing up. It is your lower level of consciousness that is trapping you.

Step 3: After you have gathered the ideas, a space or board that you need to work on, start pasting, cutting, and sticking images that remind you of those ideas. And write down that you are indeed grateful for becoming that change you want to be. Here are a few examples.

  1. SLEEP: I am grateful to have a great night’s sleep every day for 8 hours.
  2. WEALTH: I am grateful to be wealthy every day and in every way.
  3. HAPPY: I am grateful for a beautiful smile that keeps me and others happy.
  4. NOT FEELING WORTH: I am thankful for all the achievements and awards in my life. I am grateful for all the talents and gifts I have.
  5. RELATIONSHIP: I am grateful to be surrounded by people that inspire and empower me.
  6. ANALYSIS PARALYSIS: I am grateful to always be in a clear and peaceful mindset that allows answers to flow to me.
  7. HEALTH: I am grateful for a great, healthy, and fit body that I nourish with good food daily.

Step 4: Frequently look at the vision board to help you remind yourself how grateful you are. Repeat this at least twice daily to allow it to sync within your subconscious mind.

Gratitude Vision Board: Question #6: How can Spiritual Life Coach help?

Spiritual life coaches help nourish your mind, body and connect you with your inner being. They connect you with what truly makes you happy and grateful. It is not at a surface level gratitude which is the material level. It is a level above material existence. They help you pull you upward in your consciousness.

The coaches will show you a spectrum of your hidden talents and gifts that you already have – which you should be grateful for. They guide you towards a more meaningful life with a higher level of purpose. They help you multiply your abundance and create daily gratitude habits that will holistically change your life inside and out – so your true authentic self shines.

In Conclusion

Conscious gratitude involves using powerful thoughts, images, emotions, and desires that you vision and will be grateful to achieve. If you don’t create a vision board, you will not feel the conscious pull to cultivate a grateful heart. Attempting to do so is an act of self-care and self-love. Collectively crediting the creator daily with our thoughts, feelings, and emotions can be a powerful exercise in itself. All we need is the willpower to do it.

Creating a conscious gratitude vision board is a four-step process. It involves: having a powerful vision of what you will be grateful for in the end, finding images of those visions, holding that visions by pasting them on a board, and writing down that you are indeed grateful for becoming that change that you want to be.

Spiritual life coaches help you multiply your abundance and create daily gratitude habits that will holistically change your life inside and out – so your true authentic self shines.

Creating Future Vision: Spiritual Life lessons from my accident

“Everything in this creation is divine. You have this birth to decorate this creation with your divine creativity. All you need is willingness, a vision, and an eye for this creativity to happen through you. You are the vessel for the divine creation. So vision wisely and with love. For the magic to happen, you first need to believe in it, vision it.”

Manprit Suri

After reading this post, you will believe in the power of vision. You will believe in your power of thoughts and how it can help create your future for better or worse. And you will do it now or soon – the transformational power is phenomenal. I have experienced it firsthand and many times. What is the best time to create your future vision than now?

In this post, we’ll delve into:

1. Why is it necessary to hold a future vision?

2. What does it mean to create a future vision anyway?

3. What spiritual life lessons did I learn from my accident?

4. How can you create a future vision?

5. What happens if you don’t hold a vision for a brighter future?

Future Vision Question#1: Why is it necessary to hold a future vision?

I had no clue about creating a deep future vision, let alone how important it can be. Then I learned a great deal from my mirror therapy during an accident that changed my mind and belief completely. I’ll be delving into this shortly.

Moreover, I have experienced firsthand the power of creating a future vision for various personal and spiritual projects in my life. It allowed me to move out of my old habits, start writing blogs, create a website, create content, earn my spiritual life coaching certification and even serve my clients for the highest good for all. All this in a one-year timeframe.

Seeing its ultra importance, I have learned and now coach others to create powerful visions for the future.

It is a hero’s journey where we are all heroes. We need to remember it. Some life-changing traumas shake us up from our roots to see what we are capable of doing.

Future Vision Question#2:What does it mean to create a future vision anyway?

Creating a vision means to imagine what you like to do, be or have. You should be able to visualize it as already done. It is an exercise and has far-reaching results.

As a spiritual coach, I encourage my clients to go all-in using their spiritual eyes. It’s a co-creative process. It is to see beyond the material possession and goals and more towards what feels good to your soul. You are ultimately creating a future that serves a higher purpose for yourself and humanity as a whole.

Future Vision Question#3: What spiritual life lesson did I learn from my accident?

I had fractured and dislocated the wrist bone of my right hand the past year. The pain was chronic and severe. It leads me to go through several therapies for many months.

The severity of pain signaled from my hand to the brain was even more intense.

I tried several modalities, but the pain wasn’t getting back to normal. But this one therapy had a very positive effect. It was called mirror therapy.

What is mirror therapy?

Mirror therapy is defined by Wiki as:

Mirror therapy (MT) or mirror visual feedback (MVF) is a therapy for pain or disability that affects one side of the patient more than the other side. It was invented by Vilayanur S. Ramachandran to treat post-amputation patients who suffered from phantom-limb pain (PLP).”

How this works is, a mirror is placed in between both my arms. When I exercise both my arms, I look in the mirror that reflects the image of my (good) left arm. The illusion is that I could see the image (of my left arm reflected) as my right arm. The illusionary image in the mirror showing my right arm moving as normal signaled my brain that my right arm was fine! If this is confusing, try doing it at home or check some of the images here: https://www.physio-pedia.com/Mirror_Therapy

What was happening? I was fooling my brain into thinking that my right arm could move normally. The vision was so real that I could move normally without any pain in my mind’s eye. It was a very promising therapy. I had to perform this exercise daily and a few times throughout the day.

In a few weeks, the results were phenomenal as my right arm started getting its normal range of motion back. The fact is that I kept seeing my future vision in the mirror frequently and daily. It signaled positive thoughts and changed my belief in the brain.

From a spiritual perspective, there are many life lessons I learned from this accident:

  • The limited role we play, our beliefs, and attitudes are all illusions created within our limited minds as mental projections. These are our karmas. These are what we are trying to clear. It is a result of our conditioning, environment, people, etc. These impressions on our minds are our sanskaras.
  • We tend to create lower vibrations and stay as long as we want. But we forget how to come out of it. We are the unconscious creators of our destiny. So we keep enduring the pain unless some way-shower guides us the way out. Someone shows us a better way.
  • As you awaken, you realize that you do have a choice to change your reality. You can make conscious decisions and change the course of your destiny.
  • Once you start taking the first step, you will see your free will of creating a vision merging with the divine will. When you surrender to the divine will, you will see no difference as you come to realize that you had no free will. It was conditional. The first step is the vision, and the intention must be strong.
  • We are too afraid to look into the mirror. Or worse, we don’t have time for it. The fact is that even time is an illusion and can be bent, as per Albert Einstein. We create time with our thoughts and visions that lead to our self-deception and illusions. That is the number one reason, we should slow down our pace of life and slow down our thoughts, and slow down our breaths.
  • The problem is that we are too preoccupied with this drama of life. We keep struggling in this quick stand that we have self-created for ourselves. The irony is that we wrote our own story, and we are the hero of this story; we even wrote our exit but have forgotten who we are. It is the power of this 3-dimensional illusion. Per Albert Einstein, you cannot solve the problem with the same mind that created it. An authentic, unconditioned higher mind is needed to solve this problem.

It is a time for action. I call you now to take action now. To look into the mirror now and change the image. Your image and the dreams that you are carrying. To make a vision that empowers you.

But how do we do it? What does it all entail? If I am willing, then what is the next step?

Future Vision Question#4:How can you create a future vision?

As the new year approaches, you too can create a better future vision for what is yet to come. Don’t limit yourself with what you cannot do. Don’t dwell on your past, or think about what you cannot do at all. The real question you need to focus on is what you really, really, really want?

I am now offering coaching sessions to help create a brighter future vision for your authentic self. You may wish to contact me for further details.

Ultimately, it is all about self-reflection. How do you see yourself in the mirror of your mind? What is your objective? Do you want to find a meaningful life, your life purpose? Do you want to start a blog, create new content, work on a project in 21 days, start a balanced life, be a life coach? It all starts in your mind. You can do it. I can help. The question is are you willing?

Future Vision Question#5:What happens if you don’t hold a vision for a brighter future?

If you don’t create a future vision now, you will continue to be miserable with the same old behavior, patterns, or attitude that may be sabotaging your lifestyle days and months to follow.

“..The National Science Foundation … found that the average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. Of those thousands of thoughts, 80% were negative, and 95% were the same repetitive thoughts as the day before.”

source: https://tlexinstitute.com/how-to-effortlessly-have-more-positive-thoughts/

So you may continue to be in a state of guilt, fear, shame, or whatever vision you are carrying for yourself. You will remain stuck and wonder how others are getting it, and you don’t see any success in life.

Creating a vision is a spiritual thing. I used to think that doing so is going against the will of the divine. But that is a wrong thinking process. Your free will should merge with the divine will to make you align with your higher calling, serve a higher purpose for what you are here to do, and find life to be meaningful.

Life and this human suit is not a punishment. It is a blessing through the lens of your spiritual eye. When you don’t see it in this light, the life you will live in your shadows and feel meaningless, misaligned, confused, lost, and that is going against the will of the divine.

Everything in this creation is divine. You are divine, and you can decorate this creation with your creativity. All you need is willingness, vision, and an eye for this creativity.

In Conclusion

Creating a vision means to imagine what you will like to do, be or have. Believe in your power of thoughts and how it can help shape your future for better or worse. This transformational power is phenomenal.

The power of creating a future vision for various personal and spiritual projects can allow one to move out of old habits, start writing blogs, create a website, create content, earn spiritual life coaching certification and even serve clients for the highest good for all.

Creating a vision is a spiritual thing. Your free will should merge with the divine will to make you align with your higher calling, serve a higher purpose for what you are here to do, and find life to be meaningful.

Everything in this creation is divine. You are divine, and you can decorate this creation with your creativity. All you need is willingness, vision, and an eye for this creativity.

Life Purpose: Navigating Away from Misalignment

I have always wanted to know the purpose of life. The meaning of life. Why are we here at this time of the century? As we grow in our search, we feel we have got it when we are happy. Such as when you switch to a new job, new location, make new relationships, etc. But sooner or later, the level of comfort fades away; and the question of life purpose keeps popping up.

We again feel misaligned, and the cycle repeats. The pain grows and grows and starts to crush us inside. We need to examine, research, and find the path that aligns us. Without traveling on the path with a heart, we will all remain misaligned.

Misalignment happens at a mind, body, emotional, and soul level. We need to navigate away from this misalignment. In this post, we’ll delve into:

  1. What is the meaning of misalignment?
  2. What happens to the mind, body, emotions, and soul when we get misaligned?
  3. How would you live if you had six months remaining?
  4. When is the best time to find your life purpose and meaning in life?
  5. Where to find your life purpose?
  6. What kind of life purpose are you trying to find?

Life Purpose Question #1: What is the meaning of misalignment?

Misaligned means not aligned to what you love to do. Or worse, not knowing and doing what you love to do. It arises from working on something that you don’t love or are not passionate about in life. You feel the agony, the pain within as a result. It comes as anxiety, burnout, exhaustion, depression, or fear. Misaligned means ignoring what your heart wants to do.

Misalignment affects your mind, body, emotions, and soul. It brings down your self-esteem and makes you feel very weak. It makes you feel uncomfortable in your current/old comfort zone. Perhaps you may be doing something for a very long time that you are still wanting to hold on to and not let go.

Life Purpose Question #2: What happens to the mind, body, emotions, and soul when we get misaligned?

  • The mind wanders with uncontrolled, conditioned, and competitive thoughts aimlessly – searching for the meaning of life and starts to give up when it gets exhausted living a meaningless life.
  • The body starts to weaken in immunity leading to all kinds of illnesses. All these illnesses come with a price tag and with a message. It is an indicator for reflecting on our life lessons and what truly brings us joy, peace, contentment, and balance.
  • The roller coaster of emotions reflects the deep feeling of a soul-crushing lifestyle. A path without a heart is never an enjoyable one. This cycle needs to be experienced and felt before we start to search for what truly makes a difference in our lives.
  • The soul is the life force, the chi or energy that sustains us. When misaligned, we start to deplete our energy levels. We suffer exhaustion and burnout as a result. When we are not willing to do this type of work, and we get a feeling that there is something out there that will help us live better, it’s your soul’s call to evolve- to leave your comfort zone. Your energy is magnetic and is attracts or calls you to do what you love and wants to transform you to move to the evolution zone.

But are you ready to take a bold decision and a big leap of faith to evolve? What do you think it takes to take the big leap? The answer is courage, willingness, trust, letting go and surrender. What can you sacrifice? The answer is your current comfort zone

What do you not have? The answer is in you now. What is not enough that you have? The answer is in you now. What if you came to know that you were going to have a heart attack, or cancer, or something serious coming down to get you, like an accident or any life-threatening trauma? How would you change your attitude towards life and live differently?

Life Purpose Question #3: How would you live if you had six months remaining?

When we start putting a timeframe, we stop taking our lives for granted. It catapults us into finding our life purpose as a priority. So what would you do if you had six months remaining?

  1. The first thing that comes to mind is to stop what we are doing and appreciate what we have. We ground in gratitude and change our perception of life. We start to think differently, act differently, and therefore feel differently – being in an attitude of gratitude.
  2. The next thing is we start to do those fun things with love. We act on it by taking action. We think about those things that will give us meaning in life and do it that make us happy. Not others happy, because it’s about what makes us happy, and you realize that it is not selfish to love yourself. This self-care leads to further change in our positive attitude without conditions.
  3. As you increase in self-care, self-love, self-appreciation activities, your heart opens more and more to what your true purpose in life is. You realize that to lead a meaningful purpose-driven life, you must find what makes you happy and fulfilled inside. You discover your self-worth tools: gifts, hidden talents, superpower. You can then either help others find theirs or serve others.

Finding the gifts and serving others is the key to navigating away from misalignment and living a life full of purpose.

Life Purpose Question #4: When is the best time to find your life purpose and meaning in life?

Don’t go by the 6-month time frame. Anything can happen in life as the future is not certain. Even tomorrow or the next moment is a mystery. So the best time is always now when we are awakening to the illusionary life

We are currently going through a Great Change and Great Resignation. All these are indicators of our misalignment in life – our poor choices from our conditioned mindset.

We feel miserable at our soul-crushing job and wonder what we are doing wrong. Or worse yet, we wonder how we end up there in the first place.

But it is time now to finally admit that we are lost, exhausted, burnt out, and we need to find our path with the heart now that truly makes us happy. We do need money, but we are so darn tired that we put life’s purpose on a higher priority.

Life Purpose Question #5: Where to find your life purpose?

First, understand that everyone is different and has a unique purpose. Second, You wouldn’t be here on this beautiful spinning rock we call earth if you had no life purpose. Repeat in your mind that you have one.

  • Start from within yourself: When we shift our awareness from outward to inward and ourselves, we start the journey of finding our purpose. Deep contemplation and self-reflection will help us find our talents, skills, gifts, passion, niche, and more. It requires that you slow down and raise your vibrations high enough. When the vibes are high, you will experience a slow down in your lifestyle. Slowing down is comparable to cleaning the lens through which you will see the hidden purpose. Otherwise, you will be confused.
  • Conventional Tools: There are many Personality tests to help you identify your personality type and give some clues. You need to gather as much information as possible. Some examples include Enneagram, Myers-Briggs MBTI. Take in as much information and move on. I am an INFJ and Ennegram type I.
  •  Unconventional Tools: Akashic Records Reading, Psychic Mediums, Hypnotherapy, Human Design, Gene Keys, etc. Take what feels meaningful and move on.

When we search for our life purpose, we start with a conditioned mind – conditioned by our relationships, jobs, environment, etc. With this state of mind, we are unclear what to do. So we find comfort in searching like crazy and taking several conventional methods. We don’t slow down or take the first step, that is, going inward – another agony of a conditioned mind.

We spend very little time understanding what it means to find the life purpose. It requires a sacred space and a higher mind. A limited mind can only give you limited answers, limited thoughts, or limited perception of your authentic self. No wonder Albert Einstein once said that,

“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”

Albert Einstein

As you get more tired, you move to unconventional ways and fear what will happen to me now. Nothing is happening. You are moving past your conditioned fears and taking a leap of faith. You will then realize that this puzzle is much bigger than you had imagined earlier with your limited mind.

Life Purpose Question #6: What kind of life purpose are you trying to find?

Yes, it’s a strange question if you read this post during the early stages of your life purpose search. There can be two kinds: one a life purpose and the other a higher purpose in life. A life purpose can be anything that includes basic survival: making money from your 9-5 job or feeling like switching on to a new job that will be enough to satisfy you. It is like living in lower vibrations of stress, anxiety, and depressions but to a slightly lesser degree.

A higher purpose is to rise about your mundane type of living and live with joy and a love-based awakened life. It is where you truly surrender to the Divine and do the things that light up your soul. It is a cry from your soul to search for your natural talents. You feel a divine gift within to be awakened with enthusiasm.

It could be artistic and serves a higher purpose for humanity. Your gift could be an inborn talent that you may see a reflection of in your life’s work thus far. It may be something that comes to you naturally but may seem a little obvious to you. Such as the way you talk, communicate your ideas, or write about compounded with the interest or a hobby that you like to do daily.

When you start to funnel your research in this direction, you will find signposts that will take you to new heights. It is a discovery and not an invention. You discover your geniuses, talents, skills, and abilities. When you utilize your gifts, you will feel aligned in life, your agony will disappear, you will find your higher purpose, and you will start to share your treasure with the world as time passes.

What are you waiting for now? Now is all you have. It is a matter of deep diving into yourself and finding the pearls that make you feel wise.

It is a Hero journey, and you are a courageous soul. It is why you are here at this time of the century. So find the meaning of life and share your gifts to live a purpose-driven life. It is your soul’s call to evolve and real freedom.

If this interests you, I offer coaching to help you with your life purpose journey. You can invite me to engage with you via my contact page.

In Conclusion

We need to examine, research, and find the path that we are aligned. Without traveling the path with a heart, we are all misaligned.

Misalignment happens at a mind, body, emotional, and soul level and leads to weakness, exhaustion, and lower self-esteem.

We are currently going through a Great Change and Great Resignation. All these are indicators of our misalignment in life – our poor choices from our conditioned mindset. We feel miserable at our soul-crushing ways of lifestyle, and wonder what we are doing wrong.

The time is now to discover your genius, talents, skills, and abilities. When you utilize your gifts, you will feel aligned in life, your agony will disappear, you will find your higher purpose, and you will start to share your gift with the world as time passes. Discover and travel your path with a heart!

Self-Love: A game worth playing

“The intense rules of the game of self-love involve: having healthy boundaries, creating a discipline for balance, nurturing self-compassion, growing in gratitude, evolving in self-worth, being mindful of self-care. It is a courageous hero’s journey. All you need to do is to let go and surrender even more – so you always win.”

Manprit Suri

All of the labels and titles in life that we call ourselves are not our self. We are unconsciously attached to it with force. Our five senses create this forceful illusion of unconscious conditional attachments to earthly 3-dimensional existence. And eventually, we become unbalanced, exhausted, burned out, and remain a victim or slaves of it.

We assume that we are powerless without it. If you enter a challenge/game with no power, what kind of challenger are you?

What is our power? Love. It is your divine power. It is your conscious power. Having a love relationship with yourself is the key to driving the divine power.

As you awaken spiritually, you realize the power of self-love. Knowing how to channel your positive energy, power, or love consciously is the name of the game.

In this post, we’ll delve into:

  • What is Self-love?
  • How to decondition self-love?
  • What is Self?
  • What are the criteria of teaching self-love?
  • How to play the game of self-love?
  • Can we play the game of self-love now?
  • When is the right time to start self-love?

Self-Love: Question #1: What is Self-love?

Self-love means giving more attention and awareness to your own ‘inner’ power or self with compassion. Giving priority to your inner-being leads to your well-being. Doing so requires vibrating with a higher level of consciousness.

  • Self-love means being yourself, in love with yourself, being worthy of yourself. Being grateful for who you are, where you are, how you are!
  • Self-love means pushing other priorities that do not serve to love you. Creating boundaries and saying no to things, people, processes, relationships, careers that you do not love and doing what you love.
  • Being with what you love may require isolation but may also mean balancing life the way you feel loved inside.
  • It means going to places that you love and not going to places that you don’t love.
  • Loving your mind, your body, and your soul. Giving and receiving graceful vibrations to your thoughts, emotions, and physical body. Keeping and sustaining yourself in a higher state of happiness. Doing so requires being aware and away from any conditions.

Self-Love: Question #2:How to decondition self-love?

Self-love can only happen in the absence of conditioning. The more you start to love yourself, the more deconditioning tends to occur. The many layers of the false sense of self begin to go away.

Self-love strips away unconscious biases and the victim consciousness mentality caused due to comparisons, competitions, and conditions – weights on your soul-self. Such things only leave us with the symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression in the long run.

We need to dissolve our false self (not-self) to find the inner self. Only then can we truly understand our true selves and then experience the nature of self-love.

The problem is we don’t quite remember what self-love feels like anymore. An even bigger problem is we have forgotten what self means.

We have been busy becoming ‘not’ ourselves for decades and lifetimes that we have forgotten what it means to be ourself let alone love it. So we first need to come to terms with the definition of self itself!

Self-Love: Question #3:What is Self?

A self is beyond the terms we are given by our so-called society, relatives, and cultures. These terms are condition-naming limiting variables of our inner self that keep changing as we move across our timeline on this planet earth.

There are various types such as dad, mom, brother, sister, grandmother, grandfather, religious titles, career titles, country titles such as citizens, aliens, etc. – a tiring proposition to remember them all.

The real question is that are we the titles and labels? If so, then we wouldn’t exist if we didn’t have them? The titles did not exist before you started a career, had a baby, were married, when you were still in college, studying in school, were kids, an infant was still in the mother’s womb.

These labels keep us tied here in competitions, comparisons only to create a divide among us humans – to belittle us if we don’t recognize them or achieve the many ambitions placed on us. Such living only distances us from our original self and makes us feel inferior. Why? Because it is a guilt game, not a game of self-love.

Such a game is not worth playing. At least not anymore as it encourages corruption, self-hate, self-blame. It is a time of karmic settlement. We should consciously end such a game now. The challenge is that these titles are a necessary evil in our society.

But unless your SELF hits rock bottom in life via life-changing traumas or events that trigger you to wonder if these things are what we are here for, you will never wake up to the reality. The traumas include mental illness, seizures, cancer, NDE or near-death experience, or anything that could trigger your spiritual awakening.

It is after all these setbacks that you realize self-love is indeed a game worth playing. But how? What are the criteria?

Self-Love: Question #4:What are the criteria of teaching self-love?

Why teach? The best way to learn something is to teach it. You can only teach self-love when you have learned it yourself. Otherwise, your service to others will feel hollow from inside.

To teach self-love, you must first reach a state in life where you feel a sense of emptiness, lack of something meaningful, something inadequate that gives birth to low self-esteem, lower vibrational frequency, unconscious living, and low confidence. Interestingly, this is the very state of our century currently.

Many are reaching this tipping point or striving to unconsciously. It is the truth. And, it is also the criteria or an unconscious learning step towards self-love. That is, feeling miserable and hating yourself – by attaching to things outside of yourself and detaching from your inside self.

Interestingly, you go through setbacks, unconscious self-hate, feeling not good enough, and floating in lower vibrations to ultimately wake up and rise, recognize, and realize the process of self-love.

It is after you have distanced your outer self with your inner self far enough that you will come to realize your true self and start loving it.

Self-love is a game worth playing and then teaching. But you will need courage for both as you will be challenged and stretched in all different directions.

Simply knowing you are playing the game is a blessing in disguise that ultimately leads to increased awareness of yourself.

Self-Love: Question #5:How to play the game of self-love?

In my experience, self-love is a challenging but playful journey of self-compassion, self-worth, self-care, gratitude, courage, discipline, let-go, surrender, boundaries, balance. It’s quite an art of living away from the ordinary. It is a forgotten art. It is a game that requires playing with a different elevated level of consciousness.

I deeply contemplated my steps for playing this game after reading David Hawkins’s spectrum of consciousness levels. Then I created my own game of self-love to help trigger you.

This game is real and comes with a warning – it will transform you inside. It will elevate your consciousness.

Take a few deep breaths and calm your mind and body. Be in the right environment of calm. Most of all, you need to permit yourself if you wish to play this game. If you are willing to play and are ready, then let us play now.

Self-Love: Question #6:Can we play the game of self-love now?

Yes. Read the steps below, and follow them carefully:

  1. The first step is to admit that we don’t know how to play this game. To surrender to the fact that there exists a more conscious solution beyond what you think. To permit to the core of your being that there is a way to play this game. This level of empowerment comes with courage – to admit that you don’t know what you don’t know. Permitting self-love is an act of courage. Then affirming, “I love myself” should be a good starting point. Hold that thought and contemplate on it.
  2. The second step is to be willing to learn the art of self-love. To allow it to happen. Do not block it. To be teachable – to enable it to flow through you. To be willing to go beyond your limited self. To move past the ego voice of “I know” to “I am willing to know, learn and intent to trust.” Awaken to the possibility that there is indeed more to know than your limited mind can admit. Just trust, be hopeful, and feel positive in knowing that you are willing to learn.
  3. The third step is accepting the way you are. Believe in yourself. Bring a sense of satisfaction for what you have. Move past the thoughts of lack – of what you don’t have. Contemplate on it: Just accepting the way things are – job, work, colleagues, project, relationships, life. Just be loving, kind, and forgiving to yourself. Just forget and let it be. Just be. Accept it. Just accept. Relax into the knowing. Just affirm, “I forgive others, myself and accept the way I am. I love myself just the way I am.” Accept the showers of love and let them fill you inside. The acceptance will trigger the thoughts of self-worth.
  4. The fourth step will automatically trigger you to find reasons for what you are truly worth. Start to find the meaning in life that you have forgotten, give importance to your being. It will provide reasons for what it is like to be human: breathing, eating, seeing, and simply living. It will trigger more specific events in mind that will show your sense of self-worth in the forgotten areas of your job, talents, skills, relationships, and the subtle art of being human. Take it all in. You will start to see the beauty in your life and respect yourself. You will understand what a remarkable person you are in essence. Perhaps even wise beyond your years. Then affirm, “I am worthy of a loving, meaningful, and purpose-driven life. I am a vessel of love, light, and positivity. I am important and worthy of love.”
  5.  The fifth step is the appreciation of yourself. You have been doing this all along. Feeling grateful for what you are inside and outside. The only difference is it is effortless. It comes naturally. You know you love yourself, take care of yourself – not once in a while, not weekly, not daily, but every moment. You evolve into this state of self-love with confidence, patience, compassion, and serenity. Look at your hands, hug yourself, be grateful for a loving heart. Just affirm, ” I am a peaceful soul. I am positive. I am grateful for everything and more. I am strong. I am love. I am Joy. I am brave. I am humble. I am a winner. I surrender to the Highest Good for all.”

As you play the other games and complete your other missions in life, be sure to repeat these affirmations daily. Integrate the game of self-love with other games you play.  Here is a video I prepared for your daily affirmations. Please click to play.

Feel the self-love!

Self-Love: Question #6:When is the right time to start self-love?

The right time is when you have slowed down the pace of life. If you are driving your car at 50 miles an hour and see an exit sign that you need to take, how do you start taking that exit?

The first step is to slow down. Apply your brakes. Use it now. As soon as you apply your brakes now, you will start to feel more clarity and control of the direction. Similarly, as soon as you slow down in life, you will feel an increased sense of awareness of the object you need to love – that is you.

So slow down now. Take a day off. Week off. Month off if you can afford it. Spend time with yourself now. Course-correct your thoughts with positive affirmations daily by starting today.

In Conclusion

Self-love is the innate power to love yourself deeply at all levels: mind, body, and soul. To invoke this power, you must be with yourself, find your worth, respect yourself, take care of yourself, protect yourself with boundaries, and have a balanced life.

Doing so requires going through the deconditioning process of yourself: removing the false labels, titles, unconscious self-hate, low self-esteem, feeling not good enough, and floating in lower vibrations until you wake up and rise, recognize, and realize the process of self-love.

The five steps to play this game help you elevate your consciousness to that level of love.

So slowing down right now, spending time with yourself now, and course-correcting your thoughts with positive affirmations daily can help you start the game of self-love today.

Get Unstuck, Let go or Surrender: Pearls of Wisdom

The path of letting go and surrender is rich with pearls of wisdom. But it is a difficult path to travel. Let me clarify how it is difficult.

I have heard that if you want to let go of fear to attain peace, you need to do so with compassion, love, and surrender. To reach this state, you need to “just be” in that state and then watch how the magical events unfold.

I have also heard that the time to let go is always in the present. If you are presently in a state of chaos, then how can we shift to peace by letting go of this chaos. This goal seems impossible, unreachable, and unimaginable. If you are/have been in this situation, you will understand what I’m trying to say.

Whether it is a tough job, life circumstances, relationships, overall career, an old comfort zone that you are planning to let go of, you may feel stuck along the way. But you don’t have to. There is always a way out.

In this post, I’ll reveal the many pearls of wisdom on getting unstuck, letting go, or surrendering by delving into:

  1. What if we don’t let go?
  2. How not let go?
  3. How to plan to let go? A let go scenario
  4. What are the two signs that you are on the right track to let go?
  5. Why is it beneficial to memorize the 4 Cs of let go?

Get Unstuck, Let go or Surrender: Question #1: What if we don’t let go?

If we don’t let go of what is causing us so many symptoms: misery, suffering, despair, then it may have adverse effects on our health in the form of heart attack, cancer, seizure, migraine, backache, or any form of illness.

Get Unstuck, Let go or Surrender: Question #2: How not to let go?

There are at least two ways you should not let go:

  1. Escaping Temporarily:

The majority of us fall into this category. It pertains to those who turn to binge-watching TV or do a ridiculous amount of screen time. The mind escapes temporarily by diversion. It usually does not solve the problem and leads to more stress eventually.

2. Escaping Prematurily:

When the goal of letting go feels unreachable, unattainable, and unrealistic, people choose to take premature decisions such as those thoughts to kill themselves. The minority of folks do so via committing suicide.

Since we don’t know how to tackle the art of letting go, we feel stuck.

What is the feeling of getting stuck?

We feel confused and stressed. We get so attached to the present situation that we start to overthink, overanalyze, overwhelm, and overburden ourselves about what the future holds for us – we get stuck in analysis paralysis. This stage exhausts us completely, and we reach the stage of burnout.

The burnout state further complicates and clouds our judgment by “forcing” us to make a decision. The cloud of worry starts to hover around us – making us more miserable, out of control, unhappy, and indecisive.

I like to call this being in a state of uncomfortableness within your comfort zone. If you choose to stay (stuck) here for long, it gets even more challenging to let go.

So let us look into a scenario of how to plan to let go and what options we have.

Get Unstuck, Let go or Surrender: Question #3: How to plan to let go? A let go scenario

Imagine being a passenger on an express train running 400 miles an hour. That train has lost its brakes. You are now sure that it will crash but don’t know when.

As you see outside the train, you notice how fast it travels across terrains: grassy areas, muddy areas, rivers, roads, bridges, and the like.

As you look inside the train, you see other passengers panicking too. But those people cannot help you. So you decide to help yourself. That is clear to you. But the BIG question is how? Let’s look at the three options:

Option 1: You decide to escape from the train by jumping outside without any plans. You are so tired of being on the speeding train for a very long period and in a state of indecisiveness that you finally want to escape it with no plans.

It is an escapist attitude. A premature decision to escape can lead to suicide. You may land anywhere and will be dead as you have no resources and strategy. Most of all, failing to plan is planning to fail. At this moment, the best plan is to wait.

Option 2: You can decide to wait on the train and see what happens.

You are now in your comfort zone, where the majority of us get stuck and sucked in. You are comfortable being uncomfortable thinking this too shall pass. You choose to exhaust yourself until the end of your patience-testing period.

Consequently, you start to get sick of the environment, become impatient, begin to lack trust, self-doubt, feel a sense of victim consciousness, and a sense of not being worthy of an escape. You also start to distrust those around you for not jumping in to help you as if they owe you something.

You get stuck in a vacuum as you don’t know when you will crash any moment. Nevertheless, you don’t want to let go no matter what happens due to indecisiveness. This fear turns into anxiety as it keeps haunting you minute after minute.

Since you are unwilling and unaware of what to do, this anxiety and fear of the unknown turn into depression. The ultimate result can be devastating as it may lead to any serious illnesses. The first option killed you quickly from the outside; whereas, this second option kills you slowly from inside and out.

Option 3: You decide to escape the train with a plan and willingness to survive. You lay out the groundwork to help you let go of the train. You work out an escape strategy. You change your mind, beliefs, attitude and feel empowered to commit towards working out a plan of action. You gather whatever resources you can – people, processes, and or technology. You call upon the higher powers for increased awareness and trust.

You begin to develop a grateful attitude amidst the mental storm. It is the key as you shift your perspective towards a positive mindset. The more you are in an attitude of gratitude, the more courage starts to fall in your lap. The more the courage, the more the willingness to have a plan that helps you reason out things.

You then start to think right, and with intuition and a better vision of a bright future, you start to ‘simply know’ the right (divine) timing as you begin to surrender and listen to what the inner voice is trying to tell you.

Eventually, you learn to relax, and with a calm and clear state of mind, start to let go (of that train) with confidence and courage. With your since efforts and His grace, you gracefully land in a more comfortable land – a new comfort zone.

In this new comfort zone, you are no longer the same person you were before. You are now a newly evolved soul, a peaceful soul, more mature, and a sense of direction.

The jumping from that train taught you all the shadow sides of how it feels to be fearful. But it also balances your being by teaching you many lessons about courage, vision, grace, gratefulness, surrender, and the art of trust, timing, and letting go.

If you replace the train with our current attitudes, jobs, relationships, you’ll come to realize that we are doing things speedingly (speeding train of thoughts) with no sense of direction.

Get Unstuck, Let go or Surrender: Question #4: What are the two signs that you are on the right track to Let go?

  1.  When you start feeling grateful for what you have:

This first step will help you slow the speed of the train of your thoughts, calm your mind and move you in a positive direction. It allows room for you to think about your escape plan and come up with a strategy. So don’t jump ship without a plan (don’t just quit your job, for instance). Prepare for it.

Have a vision of what you want from life, create a plan of action, then be willing to do those steps, and the true grace will follow.

2. When you start to see synchronicities from the universe:

When you start to let go, you ‘sense’ the higher powers at play. You realize that you are not in control. You still need to make efforts and then surrender to the Divine Will. It can only happen with a calm mind and grounded energies. If you are very serious in life and are out of balance, you will feel as if you are in control.

Seriousness leads you to be out of sync with the universe as it is an ego game. When you are too worried, you create a fence against His incoming grace.

Get Unstuck, Let go or Surrender: Question #5:Why is it beneficial to memorize the 4 Cs?

The 4Cs are the condensed form of many revelations and realizations that can be picked up from the above story of our lives if you replace the train with life/work/career.

  1. Control Factor: Remember that you are the passenger and not the driver of the train of life. So trust that you are ‘being driven’ in life.
  2. Cultivate Habits: Turn the negative to positive mindset by cultivating healthy habits: doing positive affirmations, gratitude journaling, being mindful, and doing your meditation daily as a habit.
  3. Comparisons and Conditioning: Mindless comparisons and social conditioning can cause misalignment on your path of purpose. Perhaps, you did not follow signs and missed your stop, and now you are going nowhere and speedingly.
  4. Creator’s Comfort Zone: Your decision to leave, the plan you make, the steps you take are all part of a higher power’s plan to help you evolve. So you need to realize that you need to completely surrender and stop thinking that you are driving the train. As you start to silence your thoughts, you awaken to your new (Creator’s) comfort zone’s direction.

In Conclusion

It is challenging to let go of those things that are causing you pain. So it is best to think with a positive mindset, make a strategy and a plan of action, and then let go.

The two signs that you are on the right path of letting go are when you start feeling grateful and when you feel in sync with the universe. It is only possible if you realize that you are not in control of life but are driven, cultivate habits for a positive/grateful mindset, stop comparisons and conditioning from others, and finally trust that you are in the Creator’s comfort zone.

6 Spiritual Life Lessons and questions on Comfort Zone Evolution

If we are always in a state of becoming, then we are always evolving . Comfort Zone Evolution means to transform and evolve by transitioning to your new comfort zone mastering the lessons from the old comfort zone.

– Manprit Suri

I reached a point in my life when my interests at work, relationships, and career started to fade away. It felt unsatisfactory. I did not know what was going on. I realized that I felt comfortable being uncomfortable. But it sure was eating me inside.

I soon started to realize that I was in a sort of comfort zone. I did have conflicts that I was avoiding. The more I avoided dealing with these conflicts, the more stressful life became. I kept drifting and still felt as if I was in control. I was limiting my joy and thought that I was in a state of content. It was an illusion. Do you feel this way?

Let us ask ourselves: Am I running away from conflicts at work, relationships, careers instead of solving them? Am I avoiding something such as a new job or transition to a new career so that I can always be in my comfort zone?

In this blog post, we’ll learn about:

  1. Why is it painful to be in your comfort zone?
  2. What is the definition of a comfort zone anyway?
  3. How does coaching transform your comfort zone?
  4. What are the 6 life lessons from the comfort zone?
  5. How to come out of this comfort zone?
  6. Can we put the pieces of the ‘comfort zone puzzle’ together holistically – at a Mind, Body and Soul level?

Comfort Zone Question 1: Why is it painful to be in your comfort zone?

I was working with a client who was stressed; and binge-watching Netflix as a result. He enjoyed watching it very much. But after talking for a while, my client realized something that caused him a few breakthroughs.

He immediately realized that he was avoiding something he always wanted to do. He was escaping from the life he wanted. He was procrastinating on the tasks and actions that he wanted to perform. But the laziness started to drown him into binge-watching Netflix.

As the conversation moved forward, he had another breakthrough. He realized that he wanted to get up early but couldn’t. He had been sleeping late because he was watching TV until late hours. His lack or inadequate amount of sleep was another reason for stress.

Why was my client avoiding the tasks he needed to do and waking up late, sleeping late although he knew he was not going anywhere with it? Why was he repeatedly doing the same thing every day and expecting results?

The answer is that he was in his comfort zone. When we are in our comfort zone, we tend to get lazy, procrastinate, and think our life is going well. In fact, perfect. Interestingly, when we see others getting results, we then wonder why didn’t we get that?

We get what we deserve. Thinking otherwise is a form of self-delusion.

So we tend to avoid conflicts by escaping them and watching TV, instead of doing something about them and achieve results. How can we live our lives miserably and wrongly call it a comfort zone?

Comfort Zone Question 2. What is the definition of a comfort zone anyway?

As per Wikipedia, “A comfort zone is a psychological state in which things feel familiar to a person, and they are at ease and (perceive they are) in control of their environment, experiencing low levels of anxiety and stress. In this zone, a steady level of performance is possible.”

Above is a great practical definition as a start. But it leaves me wondering how we can remain in our comfort zone (that we worked so hard to build in our and around our life) and at the same time feel like we don’t belong to this planet? Shouldn’t we enjoy our life’s comfort zone?

In other words, why is life feeling more and more meaningless? Why do we feel like a square in a peg hole? That we don’t want to work a 9-5 job with a haunting on-call schedule that keeps us up most of the time. Why is life becoming fast-paced, pushing us outside our comfort zone even after our many achievements? Did you signup for this type of life only?

The answer lies in the level of your awareness to your achievements, needs, and wanting for more and more. It simply never ends.

Photo by Malte Luk on Pexels.com

So we need to have a balance and perform better, live better. And better does not mean fast-paced but a steady-contented paced.

So what characteristics do we need to have in a nutshell:

To live a love-based purpose-driven life full of passion, meaning, work fewer hours each day, meditate better, feel balanced, content, spend enough time with our loved ones, have an abundance of finances, and live joyfully doing meaningful work that evolves our level of consciousness and raises the vibrations within us and that of this planet.

Wow! Now that is my new definition of a comfort zone. That is our big dream or a new comfort zone we want. To reach this zone, we need to be willing to take the necessary steps to live a love-based life.

Comfort Zone Question 3. How does coaching transform your Comfort Zone?

Spiritual Life coaches help you move out of your ‘old’ comfort zone and find a ‘new’ comfort zone. They empower you to course-correct and grow in your dream direction positively.

When you reach a plateau in your comfort zone, you start to grow in victim consciousness. Your narcissist ego triggers a negative inner dialogue that leads to low self-esteem and self-sabotage.

As you remain in this state for extended periods, you start to develop less trust around people and mostly with yourself. Your beliefs, attitudes, and behavior reflect negatively. You feel trapped in your self-created old comfort zone prison. What a soul-crushing life!

To break-free yourself from this old lifestyle, we have a Freedom Design coaching session. It helps with removing any roadblocks to your freedom and guides you towards attaining your goals, vision, and destination you are dreaming of with peace of mind. It is a mindset change that takes time as you are required to heal at various levels.

Comfort Zone Question 4. What are the 6 life lessons from the comfort zone?

Choosing to remain in your old comfort zone may come with a price. Here is a quick summary of the 6 lessons:

  1. Lesson #1: Ego makes you feel in control. It gives you a false sense of pride gift-wrapped in a ‘comfort’ color paper.
  2. Lesson #2: If things start to look and feel perfect without effort, it is time to change yourself.
  3. Lesson #3: Hold yourself accountable for your actions all the time. It’s your life.
  4. Lesson #4: You tend to feel comfortable being uncomfortable. It is a sign that you are not in alignment with your dharma or life purpose. It is time for a change.
  5. Lesson #5: You start to avoid conflicts, become an escapist, and are unwilling to change. It can lead to severe consequences in the form of physical and mental illnesses.
  6. Lesson #6: You start to feel bored, stressed, lazy, and out of place.

If you see such signposts, it is time to start coming out of your old comfort zone.

Comfort Zone Question 5. How to come out of this comfort zone?

Here are some quick ways to help you move forward:

  1. Self-care: Detox your stress and fears
  2. Self-love: You are here to evolve as a soul. Love helps you evolve – Love what you do by doing what you love.
  3. Self-worth: Access your talents, skills, and be willing to grow. Remember that you are unique. No one is like you. You are priceless.
  4. Discover yourself by doing a lot of inner work, and outer work. Find your life purpose and do what “feels” most meaningful to you.
  5. Take a hobby to the extreme – if you love journaling, try being a writer or a blogger; if you like to communicate, try being a public speaker.
  6. Explore different companies and industries for the same work.
  7. Explore different career options.
  8. Discover your areas of passion. Find out what you are here to do on this Earth at this time of the century. Is the career conventional or unconventional? Will it matter if this was your last reincarnation on Earth?

It is a puzzle, a mystery to solve, in all honesty. Things will unfold in due time and with a lot of effort and soul searching.

Comfort Zone Question 6. Can we put the pieces of the ‘comfort zone puzzle’ together holistically – at a Mind, Body and Soul level?

There are many lessons to learn when: you are in a comfort zone, remain in your old comfort zone, or want to create a new comfort zone. The old comfort zone is a perfect place to rest and nest “against” our soul plan.

“Old Comfort zones are puzzling as it clouds your vision, restricts you from your passion, and hampers your ability to take actions that lead you to a better and brighter future-you. It restricts your growth potential. The more you stay in your old comfort zone, the more unclear your life becomes moving forward. Try moving out of your way by removing the roadblocks that prevent you from finding your passion. Then move into your new comfort zone.”

Manprit Suri

The primary reason for our soul is to evolve. It evolves by learning life lessons – which is a bitter way to evolution. Once it reaches a tipping point, that is, when it has learned the lessons in its comfort zone, the soul wants to further evolve, instead of continuing to rest. The desire to rest is coming from the ego-mind. It doesn’t want the soul to evolve. It wants to keep it confined in that old comfort zone illusionary prison.

When this happens, we start to lose our power since the force of our ego is in control. But you are still learning lessons on powerlessness.

This fight between the soul and ego creates friction that causes various symptoms such as anxiety, fear, depression. It dips you in those oceans of lower vibrations. Here you learn the lessons of fear: fear of failure and fear of future causing procrastination. It is where your perfectionism lessons boil up to the surface.

Perfectionism is a negative quality as you want a perfect life from an ego-mind which is an illusion. You cannot be confined to prison and feel good. So you cannot understand the calling of the soul. It is a mind trap. But you are learning the lesson of powerlessness, perfectionism, fear of failure, and procrastination as a result.

Photo by Ian Beckley on Pexels.com

Your mission is to snap out of it but don’t know-how due to emotional issues, attitudes, behaviors, and limiting beliefs. Your thoughts are also prisoned and are inside a mental ego box.

So this imprisonment backfires by creating an urge to be free. Free from all this misery. Free from these blocks. Unless these blocks are freed, you cannot look clearly at the end of the tunnel. But what is at the end of the tunnel? What do you need to be free from?

At the end of the tunnel is your soul – waiting for you to come out of your old comfort zone. It is calling you. To answer the calling of your soul, you follow the bread crumbs that it has already placed before. What are those bread crumbs?

When you reach the tipping point in your life, your feelings of meaninglessness and loss are one of the many first steps.

When you start to reason why this is happening, it is your next step.

Willing to finding answers to how am I and why am I here, what’s my passion, my purpose, and how I can achieve my big dreams; the next.

Photo by Matheus Bertelli on Pexels.com

The purpose behind coaching is to pull you out and clear of your tunnel and free it from the mental, social, and belief factors. It is the process of inner healing and emptying the cup. Doing so helps you see your vision clearly, and navigate the muddy waters of your life that became polluted while learning the various life lessons.

It is a cleansing stage – where you start to increase your spiritual awareness and awaken spiritually. To trust the universe more, become bolder, and break free from unwanted conditioned desires.

As you break free, you realize the game of life more clearly. You start to integrate the various spiritual lessons of letting go, trust, gratitude, being an authentic version of yourself, and continue to the high road like a hero, warrior, or an awakened person.

By this time, if you are trying to find a perfect time, date, place, career, then you’ll realize that nothing is perfect here now. You are to again move into a job for a short while, learn some lessons and then find new ones. But this play starts to become a little boring as an old soul.

So you want to quit this world with a bang by being famous or even being of service to others. Whatever satisfies your soul. So you may start to teach people from your wisdom.

One may start to coach others on navigating their life better – who are struggling in this 3-dimensional world. Perhaps teach how to do things that they love and are passionate with. You come out of your old comfort zone closet and move into your growing new comfort zone!

Photo by Jill Wellington on Pexels.com

If you are in your same zone for some time, there is no willingness to move out of it due to resistance. It is because of the fear of failure and the thoughts that life is perfect when it is not. You are simply less willing to move forward in life. It is mere laziness.

So does moving forward means more title and power? Moving forward does not mean more title and power. That should never be an aim as it is an ego playground with its sweet rewards.

But if you are doing something out of love, passion, and compassion, then the success, titles, and fame runs after you. And, that’s the way to roll. It is the stage where you are in service to humanity and for the highest good for all. It is a reward from the higher consciousness and universal consciousness.

Being of service is the highest form of achievement. Soul growth and evolution do not reside in the old comfort zone but a ‘new’ comfort zone.

In Conclusion

There is no conclusion to this ever-evolving and puzzling comfort zone riddle. If you feel uncomfortable being in an old comfort zone, then it’s time to move out of your fear-based life. To move into a love-based life, a new comfort zone is the next step.

If you feel comfortable being in a new comfort zone, stay there and willingly enjoy learning, reasoning, and fulfilling your big dreams, goals, and being of service to the highest good for all. Therein lies the answer to your passion and desire for a meaningful, purpose-driven love-based life. Live comfortably with a growth mindset.

What is the #1 form of Gratitude – Its not what you think!

In my earlier post on gratitude, I discussed how to give credit to the Creator through thoughts, words, or journaling. But our thoughts and journaling fall shot of our thanks eventually. Perhaps, we need to stack on another form – without any thought-strings attached.

In this post, we’ll delve into this other form of gratitude by answering:
What is the #1 form of gratitude?
What are the two ways to prepare for it?
What happens if we don’t prepare beforehand?

#1 Form of Gratitude: Question 1- What is that #1 form of gratitude?

The #1 form of gratitude is thoughtlessness, silent prayer, meditation, or connecting to your inner/higher self.

Practicing this form of silent gratitude helps ground our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and energies to zero. Doing so helps us direct our consciousness upward and allows us to enjoy the journey inward.

This silent prayer pleases the Creator, releases the thoughts while directing our attention inward. Doing so brings self-peace, self-love and is the ultimate way to give thanks to the Creator daily.

This selfless energy of silent gratitude needs a lot of preparation. Why? Because you can only be prepared for it when you have no words left and no thoughts left to describe how grateful you are.

When your thoughts, words, deeds, and emotions fail to truly thank him for all the things you have manifested in your life then no amount of journaling satisfies you.

So to give credit to your Creator for everything, you start to become more and more silent. That’s the ultimate form of gratitude.

#1 Form of Gratitude: Question 2- What are the two ways to prepare for it?

The two ways are: silence the body and mind.

  1. Silence the body

These can be in the form of simple requirements such as a quick bath, food, and body stillness.

  • Quick Bath: A bath becomes a need when you want your consciousness to rise above your throat chakra. If you are not fresh enough, your consciousness will fall.
  • Food: Similarly, you cannot observe silence if your stomach is growling for food intake. Your focus will go down wanting food. Trust me. I tried it! A quick cup of tea with cookies helps prepare us to practice body silence!
  • Body Stillness: Contemplation in silence requires that we first practice sitting still. But the problem is not the body alone. The mind also needs to be still – to experience total silence.

2. Silence our mind

To have a silent prayer, we need to silence our thoughts. The problem is our mainstream way of living. It has many ways to disrupt our silence.

According to the National Science Foundation, an average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. Of those, 80% are negative; 95% are repetitive thoughts.

Just by silencing your news, phone, and people in your life, you can have a mindset shift and experience transformation.

  • News Silence: We keep programming our subconscious mind with mindless news that leads to negative thoughts. Watching or listening to the news can cause a lot of damage to the mind and make it violent instead of silent.
  • Phone Silence: During meditation, it is disturbing when the phone starts ringing or when some apps start sending alerts. I found a “do not disturb” button that silences the alerts and any incoming phone calls. It is best to switch the phone off if you are not using it as an alarm clock.
  • People Silence: It is difficult to practice your morning gratitude if you have babies, kids, or even adults making any noise. Babies and kids will cry and screen and rock your silence out the door. Adults’ talk will turn silence into topics of discussion. I think our thoughts have enough momentum – we don’t need anymore.

#1 Form of Gratitude: Question 3: What happens if you don’t prepare beforehand?

Lack of preparation will give birth to an anxious, disturbing, toxic, and unstill body and mind instead of grateful and graceful.

Let’s say you want to observe silent prayer in your room. If you are feeling sleepy, and if you are trying to meditate on an empty stomach, you will not be able to hold your body still.

To top it off, no sooner the phone starts to beep alerts. Those alerts will connect us to various news feeds, which in turn, will divert our thoughts to people in our lives who are directly or indirectly connected.

Thoughts of people bring you to your attachments, relationships, toxic environments, and so on. You are then not observing silence. So silence takes work and preparation beforehand.

In conclusion

The #1 form of gratitude is silent prayer or meditation. A silent prayer requires that our mind and body observe silence – which requires preparation beforehand.

To prepare for body silence, take a quick bath, eat an adequate amount of food, and practice body stillness.

To prepare for mind silence, take the necessary steps to ensure news, phone, and people are silent in your life.

Once your mind and body are silent, you will be able to connect with your inner silence and deliver your gratitude to the divine with ease and grace.

27 Holistic Self Care Options to relieve Stress

“With every act of self-care your authentic self gets stronger, and the critical, fearful mind gets weaker. Every act of self-care is a powerful declaration: I am on my side, I am on my side, each day I am more and more on my own side.”

Susan Weiss Berry

I tried 27 holistic spiritual self-care options to relieve stress in these past 5 years. Why? I was overly stressed in the corporate world and reached a tipping point. I always felt depressed, anxious, fearful, and stressed regardless of the situation.

Yes, I was walking and talking fine at work. But deep down inside, I started to feel disconnected from myself. I know I needed to take care of myself.

No, there is nothing selfish in doing that.

“It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, and to make your happiness a priority. It’s necessary.”

Mandy Hale

I learned that when we are stressed, we are living in lower vibrations such as anger, shame, guilt, fear, pride, and remain unhappy.

The corporate world is a gold mine of life lessons. So the journey can be tough and stressful. Being in this state for long, however, attracts lower energies that lead to uncontrolled stress.

For a while, I took the conventional routine of taking over-the-counter medication and seeing a doctor but nothing helped.

I even went through CTScan and MRI procedures for the first time in my life. The results came out negative. I realized that something more was needed. Some unconventional ways perhaps.

I’ll be sharing the 27 holistic spiritual self-care options for stress that I tried in these past 5 years.

Holistic Self Care Option #1: Yoga
Yoga: I took up yoga classes for a few months to a few years. The various poses and exercises were a great way to release any unblocked energies that were causing stress. I felt more relaxed, confident, and happy. Are you willing to start a yoga class?

Holistic Self Care Option #2: Grounding
Grounding with Earth: We are connected to the electrical computer world. So taking frequent walks outside during work and home is a great way to reduce stress to ground zero. I chose to walk for at least 20 minutes after lunch at work when the sun was shining bright. What time are you willing to commit to daily?

Holistic Self Care Option #3: Tub bath
Take a bath with Epsom Salt: Caring for your body with salts is an important factor in reducing your stress and raising your vibrations. I tried 3 times a week for 3 weeks until it felt completely better. Then did it once a month and it still works wonders! What’s your daily routine?

Holistic Self Care Option #4: Oils
Perfumes, room sprays, and essential oils: Lavender, Orange, and similar oils are a great source of instant joy. Spray/Sprinkle/Pour some droplets on your clothes, pillow, or bedsheets and feel the difference. If in the office, simply keep a small bottle and inhale some now and then! No one will notice so keep it in your pocket.

Holistic Self Care Option #5: Reading Blog Posts
Reading Blog and articles: Posts such as this is a great way to realize that you are not the only one who is going crazy. We are all connected and are learning our life lessons. But we need to ensure we enjoy the journey and self-care is a must. Sharing is caring after all. Hence this post!

Holistic Self Care Option #6: Painting
Painting/Drawing: I used to joke about painting. Then one fine weekend, I bought some art supplies from a Five Below store. It included a canvas, paintbrush, colors, and a stand to hold the painting – all for just 5 bucks. After about a few minutes of painting, I felt an extreme sense of joy flowing inside of me. Painting unleashes creativity and joy on the canvas of your life. Share your painting, if you’ll like it, so everyone is encouraged.

Holistic Self Care Option #7: Massage
Massage Therapy: There are various types out there for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Doing one 60 minutes session per month is a good timeframe. Go for it!

Holistic Self Care Option #8: Celebrations
Frequent celebrations in Life: The idea here is to celebrate when you accomplish a goal. Completion of small goals calls for a smaller celebration such as a bath with Epson salt, watching a fun movie, or eating your favorites like popcorn, etc. Bigger celebrations for bigger wins such as getting a new canvas and painting for an hour or go hiking somewhere.

Holistic Self Care Option #9: Music
Listening to Relaxation Music: This leads to a change in mood and gives enough positive energy. Internet is now full of streaming music.

Holistic Self Care Option #10: Water
Drinking plenty of water: Drinking plenty of water during the early hours of the day is a great way to feel energetic. This sounds pretty obvious and a cliche but the majority of us don’t feel like doing it daily. Drink plenty of water by 11 am. Then feel the difference for the rest of the day.

Holistic Self Care Option #11: Guided Meditation
Guided meditation: This will seem tough initially but listening to the guided meditation takes your mind off the usual routine. If it puts you to sleep, what more do you want!

Holistic Self Care Option #12: Sleep
Sleep: Sleeping 8 hours helps you recharge your mind, body, and soul. Schedule an alarm to not only get up early but also for going to bed early – a good way to discipline the mind and helps reduce stress.

Holistic Self Care Option #13: Meditation
Meditation: Having a routine of daily meditation is a stress buster that provides peace of mind. By being in a state of mental surrender requires clearing your thoughts and bringing your mind to a state of thoughtlessness. It can be done with daily practice, effort and determination.

Holistic Self Care Option #14: Mindfulness
Mindfulness: Being mindful requires monitoring your thoughts. It is a healthy way to change your thought patterns. Scan your thoughts throughout the day. If you let them go and not suppress them, it will fall away, so just be mindful when you are walking and talking.

Holistic Self Care Option #15: Daily Affirmations
Daily Affirmations: This has the most profound effect over a few days. If done several times daily, the effects can be seen in 3 weeks.

Holistic Self Care Option #16: Journaling
Journaling: This is a very strong way to connect with yourself within and detach from your thoughts that are causing stress. Gratitude journaling is one such way.

Holistic Self Care Option #17: Burn
Burn: Write down what is troubling you and burn the paper. See it turning to ashes. This helps elevate pain. I found this fun but hard to do at work! So do it outside or at home.

Holistic Self Care Option #18: Spiritual Life Coach
Spiritual Life Coach: Seek advice from a coach if you’re wondering and worried about how to integrate so many points into your life. There are permanent and even advanced ways to heal your emotions, wounds, and beliefs quickly. Coaches will provide you with a step-by-step process along with some routines that will help you get on track. They get to the root of the problem without!

Holistic Self Care Option #19: Delete/Unsubscribe
Delete/Unsubscribe: Delete unnecessary emails, social media accounts, Whatsapp groups, TV channels that are draining your energy, money and overwhelming you. Unsubscribe from multiple Youtube channels, subscriptions from promotions online, and even mails. I felt a lot lighter after I simply deleted the email trash, promotions, and misc junk emails.

Holistic Self Care Option #20: COVID vaccine & Mask
COVID vaccine & Mask: This might sound obvious these days. But if you haven’t already the vaccine and mask is also a part of self-care. You may pamper yourself with fancy masks even. Kids vaccines are coming out soon too.

Holistic Self Care Option #21: Energy Vampires Awareness
Energy Vampires: Stay away from negative influences that drain your energy whether it be people, processes, or technology. Learn to fence around yourself a company that lifts your vibrations and makes you happy and empowered.

Holistic Self Care Option #22: Reiki
Reiki: A nonconventional way – A form of energy healing to reduce your stress. You feel relieved instantly but the root cause of the problem doesn’t go away. After a couple of months of healing, the stress factors may come back later. It is worth a try and can be very powerful instantly.

Holistic Self Care Option #23: Access Bar
Access Bar: This is done by a certified therapist and not a coach unless certified to do so. The bar is a name given to 32 points on the head that deals with thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and attitudes. By performing this type of therapy the stress reduces to quite a degree.

Holistic Self Care Option #24: Akashic Readers
Akashic Readers: A non-conventional way – these are intuitive readers who can provide some insight on the stress reasons that may be far beyond your comprehension. Perhaps you are going through a repeated pattern of failure that is causing stress. They can help identify those lessons and roadblocks by tapping onto your book of life or the Akash/etheric energy field.

Holistic Self Care Option #25: Akashic Clearing
Akashic Clearing: A non-conventional way – This is done by Akashic readers. If you feel a sense of negative energetic vibrations around you or in a specific area of your house, then a clearing can be requested by them.

Holistic Self Care Option #26: Quantum Healing
Quantum Healing: Energy healers balance your energy centers or chakras. This is beneficial when your energy flow is blocked due to extreme stress. It is a nonconventional way and the benefits are immediate.

Holistic Self Care Option #27: Psychic Medium/Channelers
Psychic Medium/Channelers: Psychics have an extrasensory perception that enables them to talk to mediums in higher dimensions. Although hard to believe and trust, it doesn’t hurt to try a medium to relieve the reason for your stress. The intention is important and a trusted psychic with a reputation is important.

“Caring for your body, mind, and spirit is your greatest and grandest responsibility. It’s about listening to the needs of your soul and then honoring them.”

Kristi Ling

Ultimately, respecting and taking care of your body, mind, and soul is your personal decision. If conventional methods don’t help, then it is better to go above and beyond and try the non-conventional means. There may be more methods such as Astrology, Numerology, or even Angel Readings that are out there and are authentic.

Best to see for yourself and test out what works for you. It is best to surrender to His will for guidance before and after testing any method.

In Conclusion

Self-care is important when you are living in lower vibrations such as anger, shame, guilt, fear, pride and remain unhappy. Being in a corporate world or any workplace has its benefits but can be overly stressful. When you reach a tipping point, it is best to try self-care options that work best for you.

Whether they are conventional or unconventional methods, ultimately, respecting and taking care of your body, mind, and soul is your personal decision.

6 Spiritual Lessons on Perfectionism

All old souls are struggling with the spiritual lesson of perfectionism. All Virgos are said to be a perfectionist. Starseeds, Lightworkers, INFJs, and even Enneagram type I are all said to be perfectionists.

I have always tried to be perfect in everything. I always felt a sense of pride in calling myself a perfectionist.

I wondered if: I should be earning this certification in 3 years? I should be in this career or be promoted in 1 year? I should have an A or a 100 score in a game?

I further thought: can I live a more meaningful, balanced, and peaceful life now and not hurry with unrealistic timeframes?

I was starting to realize that I was running after material things and creating lower vibrations of fear, guilt, shame, and procrastination. I was awakening to realize that I was learning to understand my imperfections rather than being perfect.

Furthermore, what I thought to be “my” perfect timings with things whether it be events, projects or incidents were synchronicities in my destiny.

Upon shifting my perspective on what a perfect life entails, I had an awakening to a different meaning of perfectionism. This post has my 6 spiritual lessons on perfectionism:

  1. Enjoying the journey of being human
  2. Self-Love and Compassion
  3. Surrender to the flow
  4. Be willing and forgiving
  5. Realizing repeated patterns of imperfections
  6. Waking up to the purpose of human life

Spiritual lesson on Perfectionism #1: Enjoying the journey of being human

It is good to have goals. It is great to have a vision board to accomplish those goals.

But our goal or destination is not the only thing important. It is the journey that is more important.

Destination in this case is in being a perfect human being or being the best-awakened version of yourself.

The journey, however, involves learning more life lessons to achieve that level of perfection. What more life lessons do we learn during the journey of being a perfect soul?

Spiritual Lesson on Perfectionism #2: Self-Love and Compassion

Compassion means loving ourselves when we are unable to achieve a certain task or even get to the goal at times. Self-compassion is a way to speak to our soul and connect with our inner guidance during difficult times of our lives.

With compassion for ourselves, we cultivate a power full of love. This strengthens and helps us put in more effort without feeling defeated or depressed. This in turn gives way to the inner strength that fuels our vision towards success.

All the more, you feel an energetic push from the divine in the form of grace.

When I felt a lot of negative emotions, I used to play the blame game towards my circumstances, people, and environment. To top it off, I then waited for His grace to fall on my lap.

This was an imperfect way of fighting the ego-mind. Why? A more loving heart full of compassion for yourself is required to extinguish the fire of negativity.

With self-love and compassion, you become a reservoir for His grace and the equation becomes perfect!

Spiritual Lesson on Perfectionism #3: Surrender to the flow

The problems in our lives start to occur when we start to resist. When we need more help and guidance, we need to put in our best effort and then open our arms and surrender to the flow of events.

Instead, we resist by putting our minds into a negative thought pattern. How? By saying, “we cannot make it to the finish line” or “we don’t deserve this” or something along these lines. We start to develop victim consciousness.

Passing negative judgments about ourselves is comparable to closing our arms and stopping ourselves from receiving the divine grace and everything else that comes along with it in the form of blessings, resources, support, help, and everything positive.

When we truly learn the art of surrender, the universe brings a lot of abundance and wealth into our lives. This system of giving from the universe is perfect only if you stop resisting and truly surrender.

Spiritual Lesson on Perfectionism #4: Be willing and forgiving

So what should be the first step? Be willing. Be willing to be willing. Be willing to receive from the universe all the resources, support, and divine grace. How can one be willing to do so?

The answer is forgiveness. Forgive yourself if you cannot attain a goal and or failed miserably. Just learn to forgive yourself for the failures. Just be willing to learn from them and move on.

When I failed in my endeavors, I would simply shrink inside with some sort of guilt for not being perfect. After I started forgiving myself by repeating positive affirmations and saying to myself: I am a perfect soul and I am love; I started to have a breakthrough.

This gave me hope and willpower to forgive, forget and move forward in life. So be willing to forgive yourself and move on.

Perhaps it was not meant to happen and for good reasons. It is important what you learned from it. Perhaps, assess the skill level, knowledge level, time duration, intention, attention, and resources required to accomplish that goal.

Just course correct and find another goal and move on. Stop saying that you are not worth it or not perfect.

Think of it as a great learning lesson for the next time. Willingly accept defeat only to rise again to try again with fewer imperfections than before!

Spiritual Lesson on Perfectionism #5: Realizing repeated patterns of imperfections

If you see repeated patterns of failure, then there is a possibility that success is not a requirement. But the journey you are traveling is – an important lesson I easily missed in my life before!

You may be required to go through this journey and the lesson was not to be perfect but to see what happens when you are trying to be imperfect.

When we are in a repeated pattern of failure, we are simply being allowed to learn those lessons that we are trying to master in this life. It is a mark of a courageous soul on its Hero’s journey.

So if you learned all the lessons from experiencing what it feels to be in an imperfect journey, then you have completely perfected your lesson!

Spiritual Lesson on Perfectionism #6: Waking up to the purpose of human life

The purpose of human life is to expand our level of consciousness through different life lessons and merge back to the universal consciousness.

If we were perfect, we wouldn’t be growing consciously and spiritually through these life lessons. So we are on a perfectly imperfect journey.

To wake up to your highest purpose in life involves waking up your soul. Waking up spiritually.

Spiritual awakening can occur when you have a high probability of perfecting your lessons in your lowest vibrational frequencies.

By perfectly hitting your consciousness from rock bottom or ground zero, you’ll experience a quantum shift and leap in your level of consciousness to new heights.

It is a perfectly orchestrated lesson plan by the Source to bring us back to our true home – the land of a perfectionist.

In Conclusion

Being a perfectionist does not involve running after material things that inflate our ego and force us to create lower vibrations of fear, guilt, shame, and procrastination.

A perfectionist being is one who is the best-awakened version of himself.

This requires learning 6 spiritual lessons: understanding how to enjoy the journey of being human, cultivating within a power full of self-love and compassion to become the reservoir of His grace, learning to stop resisting and truly surrender, willing to forgive oneself and move on, courageously recognizing your repeated patterns of imperfections and spiritually waking up to recognize the purpose of human life.

Traveling through this Hero’s journey, a perfectly orchestrated lesson plan by the Source to bring us back to our true home – the land of a perfectionist, is the mark and work of a perfect, loving, and courageous soul! You!

5 Questions on Synchronicity: Universe’s real time alert notification

I have been seeing numerous synchronicities lately. Synchronicities occur outside at a physical level and are visible to our naked eye. Several synchronicities are happening around us if we are willing to pay attention. But what is it conceptually, to begin with?

The 5 questions on synchronicity that we’ll delve into are: What is synchronicity? Why are we receiving synchronicity or signs? Are they helpful and should we follow them? What was my experience with synchronicities? What if we don’t pay attention to them?

Synchronicity Question #1: What is synchronicity?

Carl Jung, a famous psychologist, coined the term synchronicity. It implies meaningful coincidences. When two unrelated incidences are in sync. For instance, you open a fortune cookie. The note in that cookie gives you the answer to the question you have been looking for in life.

I like to define it as a real-time notification or a sign from the universe given at the time it is needed the most. However, the meaning of the sign is waiting to be figured out by the observer.

There are numerous ways the universe sends us real-time alerts to communicate with us. These are in the form of repeated occurrences of specific angel number patterns (8, 11:11, 4:44, etc.), objects (feathers, coins), animals (squirrels, butterflies), etc.

Synchronicity Question #2: Why are we receiving synchronicity or signs?

The primary purpose for receiving any signs from higher powers is to make our lives easier, give us direction and assurance that we are being divinely guided in life.

Synchronicities are powerful blessings manifested in the physical form to increase our faith and awareness of the divine. Blessed are those who receive it as they will find comfort.

Synchronicity Question #3: Are they helpful and should we follow them?

Well! It is critical to keep in mind that synchronicities are telling us and helps us to surrender to the flow of events.

It creates a sense of trust and conveys the message that everything is happing for a good reason. This removes much of our worries, fears of the unknown, and leads to ultimate submission with gratitude.

Synchronicity Question #4: What was my experience with synchronicities?

During my career shift and spiritual awakening journey, I have come to witness firsthand the wonderful synchronicity with numbers, feathers, and animals.

  • I repeatedly saw the number 8 in my dreams, license plates and phone numbers during a critical stage in my career when the mind keep thinking negatively and just wouldn’t stop. The fear was due to losing my job, money, and health.

Angel number eight signified the end of negativity, receiving infinite financial abundance and rewards. Around that timeframe, I moved to a new firm, received a significant increase in my salary, and had excellent health. I had started yogic exercises and lost 10 pounds.

I later used this sign as the logo for this website: 8 and infinity in sync.

  • I have been seeing 11:11 on the car clock when it is time to leave my job.

This signifies that I am on the right path. So I’m surrendering to the flow of events.

  • Seeing squirrel repeatedly outside my house.

This animal totem is a symbol of new life, hard work, abundance, preparedness, and better days ahead. It is coming when I have lost my job and am planning new beginnings and a new career for myself.

  • Seeing white butterflies around the house.

This is a symbol of transformation, metamorphosis, and inspiration to change. It is coming during the awakening process so there is synchronicity and sign from the universe working in tandem with the events in my life.

Synchronicity Question #5: What if we don’t pay attention to them?

Honestly, the signs will start to disappear slowly. The universe seizes to send such alerts as our thoughts don’t attract them. It is an emotional help and divine guidance that you can ignore as part of your free will.

However, if you are feeling down, then these signs do help raise your vibrations.

So when you do see these signs in the passing, acknowledge, appreciate and thank the universe for the real-time alert notification at play.

In Conclusion

Several synchronicities and real time alert notifications are all around us if we are willing to pay attention. These are in the form of repeated occurrences of specific angel number patterns (8, 11:11, 4:44, etc.), objects (feathers, coins), animals (squirrels, butterflies), etc.

The primary purpose for receiving any such signs from higher powers is to make our lives easier, give us direction and assurance that we are being divinely guided in life. It is an emotional help and divine guidance that you can ignore as part of your free will. However, if you are feeling down, then these signs do help raise your vibrations.
